Born and raised on his family cattle ranch in Rosharon Texas, Sloan Moyle attended high school at Angleton High School and after graduation he transferred to  the University of Houston from Brazosport Community College  and graduated in 2019 with a Bachelors of Science in Sports Administration. 

 

He spent time in the professional sports industry, working for the Houston Sabercats Rugby Club, as well as the Sugarland Space Cowboys (the Triple A affiliate of the Houston Astros) pro sports became less fulfilling and after prayer and some help from his wife, he decided to go into Education. He will be teaching History and will also be coaching Cross Country and Track.

 

Sloan has been happily married to his wife Jordan for two years and they have been a couple for a little more than seven years. The couple spent their entire time in college together and not long after graduating he did what he called “the best decision I’ve ever made” and proposed. His favorite Bible verse is 1 Corinthians 3:7 

 

So neither the one who plants nor the one who waters is anything, but only God, who makes things grow
