I am so blessed to be teaching at Angleton Christian School. I retired from Angleton ISD after many years where I taught it all in 4th and 5th grade Math, Social Studies, and Science. I even taught advanced 6th grade MAth. I love teaching here where I can openly talk about Jesus.

I began my walk of faith when I was 8 years old. I had been in church since I was born, but I accepted Him as my Savior then. I am a member of First Baptist Church Lake Jackson. I sing in the choir and am a member of the praise team.

I have two sisters (Tracy and Dedee) who are both teachers. Dedee is the Gifted Coordinator for BISD, and Tracy just retired, but is helping Dedee with testing. My nephew, Kyle, is a coach at Clute Intermediate, and his wife, Rachel, teaches first grade at A.P. Beutel. They have two daughters, Taylor (3) and Peyton ( 4 months). We miss sweet Blake. My niece, Jamie, teaches 3rd grade in Klein. She and her husband, Jed, have two boys Jack (4 years) and Joel ( 2 years).

I love to travel. I have been to England, France, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Ireland, and last year went to Israel. There are places I still need to see. God’s handiwork is beautiful!
