I  graduated from Flagler College, St. Augustine, FL with a BA in Elementary Education (K-5) and Specific Learning Disabilities (K-12). In my early career, I worked with autistic children at the University of Connecticut while my husband was in the Navy.  When he was out on deployment, I taught 10th and 11th grade at a special education school in Lake Wales, FL.  After our time in the Navy, we moved to Gainesville, FL.  I worked with special education students teaching 6th, 7th and 8th grade Language Arts.  I have two grown children both of whom I homeschooled.   It is  a great honor to have the opportunity to  teach at Angleton Christian School. I currently teach 4th grade Reading /ELA. I faithfully serve and attend Life Foursquare Church in Angleton, Texas.
