Hi! My name is Ryleigh Tandy! I am so excited to be ACS’s new elementary music teacher! I come from a very musical family and I’m beyond grateful that I get to share my love for music with your kiddos!

I started my music journey when I was 5 years old with the piano. In 6th grade I joined percussion and in high school was in the Brazoswood marching band! From there I went on to learn the drum set and guitar.

Today I am a singer/songwriter who just released my first studio album in 2023!

When I am not in the classroom you will find me playing shows all around Texas, giving piano and guitar lessons, going on hikes with my dog Milo, drumming at my church and spending time with family!

Growing up with my wonderful stepmom as a teacher I have adopted her same passion for education and am thrilled to now be following in her footsteps!
